The Youth Leadership Centre

The Youth Leadership Centre provides a learning programme in a supportive
and fun environment with included parental support and community
involvement. The programme includes:

A one week Summer Holiday residential programme at an adventure centre with team building and leadership exercises
A Life Coaching course designed to improve potential and equip young people with practical life skills
An After School Leadership programme
A Saturday Academy working with professionals around multi media
Field and Educational trips.

The programme starts at the end of August and will run until the end of
March 2008 and is free of charge to participants.

For more information, we have organised an Open Day on Saturday 21st
July at 1.00pm at the Peace Alliance Offices, 117 Bruce Grove,
Tottenham. (confirmation of attendance required). We will also open the
Applications on that day, places are limited, so you are advised to
attend on the day if you are interested in having a young person(s) on
the programme.

The Open Day is for young people, parents/carers, service providers and
partners.

Please note that the curriculum is particularly suited to young boys
between the ages of 8/9 and 14/15 who live or school in Haringey who may
require some preventative or remedial intervention in a positive and
inspirational environment.
